Worst customer service ever!!!

I have experience exceptional bad service from Cell C. I have tried 3 ways of contacting them about my 200 GB DATA bundle that was loaded on one of my Cell C numbers, but the WRONG one. I just want it to by transfered from my one number to the other.

1. I called the customer service line, the lady just ended the call without helping me

2. I emailed cell c, after two weeks I haven't received any feedback yet. They just say they will contact me, but they don't.

3. Today I visited a Cell C Branch. The lady just said she couldn't help me, without an explanation or reason.

And still I can't use my Data!!

I am deeply disappointed in their service, I will definitely think twice before I buy anything from them agaim.
