Worst customer service ever!!!
Cancelled a contract months back,now I'm told I owe over something I cancelled and paid up,gave me a case number been waiting for response which I was meant to get response within 48 hours,which now it's been two Weeks.worst people to ever take up a contract with.

25 Aug 2021, 14:39Clearly it's still a sign of poor customer service and actually not taking your customers seriously and professionally,it's just poor service I literally got to a point where by I was tired of calling in,and In the near future please take me off your guys marketing platform, instead of cancellation I'm getting calls of upgrade, something I would never never never do with cell c.
