WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!

I cannot speak to anyone on the phone at your call centre because no one understands English properly and does not understand my query. I ordered a mobile wifi router which I subsequently realised has no signal during loadshedding. The sole purpose was for loadsheddng. I spoke to numerous people and requested that it be collected and to make sure that I was not going to get debited for a service that I was not using. I am still sitting with this wifi router as no-one has come to collect it and it looks like I was charged for it yesterday. I am moving away from Cell C because I have never in my life experience such shocking service! Please come and collect this device immediately and refund my money!
