Worst customer service ever.
WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!
On 1 Sept Cell C decided to stop my moms contract which is paid in full, without her consent, her contract was taken in March 2020 and subsequently changed so some hybrid zero contract and all here contract benefits removed and s****ped, its now 9 days since we logged the call and still nothing is done, and not a single person at Cell C can help its a constant back and forth.
UNACCEPTABLE
