Worst Customer service ever
So Cell C contacted us regarding my laptop ordeal with them and the insurance with what they believe is a solution to the matter. I CANT BELIEVE THESE PEOPLE!!!!!! After so many months now of me paying for something not in my possestion, they decided they'll either replace my laptop instead of repairing it after I make a payment of R750 in access fees, I cant believe this. Let alone the fact that all my data and assignments on my laptop will be lost as I'm a student. I feel that these people are not handling this matter correct. I am so stressed and I refuse to pay so mutch money just for a new laptop, they could just repair the one I had...Never will I ever be doing business with CELL C again!!!!
When a device is sent to our repair centre it is assessed and a decision is taken based on the outcome whether the handset will be replaced, repaired or refunded. In this instance, the decision taken was to replace the device and with the insurances T's & C's, there is an excess which must be paid.
The matter has been handled accordingly.
