Worst Customer service ever

<p>Please read the emails below how i struggled to cancell a contract at Cell C. Very unprofessional service</p> <p>Good day</p> <p> </p> <p>Please find attached proof of payment for the second time.</p> <p> </p> <p>I am not very happy, I have spent hours on the phone trying to cancel this contract, I have paid the money over for cancellation. See the termination date on the below email to ********** not once did anybody tell me that I have to pay for November and December asswel until today.</p> <p> </p> <p>Now I have asked for a settlement amount they gave it to me and I have paid it, just to hear that I have to pay for November and December aswell. You can listern to all recordings and will hear that it was only mentioned today.</p> <p> </p> <p>It is not my fault if the operators are not informed or not trained well enough to be able to give customers the correct info.
