worst customer service ever

We opened a contract with Cell c and while doing that we told the consultant that my mother who signed for the contract will not be able to fetch it is it acceptable if I (her daughter present with my mom )would be able to fetch it the consultant assured us 3 times that this would not be a problem they day I went to go fetch the contract they refused ( the manager even stated that he knows its mine but this is busness procedure)and there alternative was that my mom come all the way back to knysna for her to sign it out of the shop. When my mom went to cell c cape town to try and sort it out the assured us.that as my mom told them that I had to fetch it they are not alowed to refuse me the contract.I tried contacting head office but not even they can help us with finding out what the correct procedure should be they basicly state oh sorry for you. This is the worst service that I have incounterd in my life and I would not recomend Cell C to my worste emamy.
