WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!

<p>On the 15th of July I contacted Cell C customer service because I received my monthly statements and it's come to my attention that they're debiting my bank account for an amount I didn't know about. I got a reference number to use for future reference, and so the calls went back and forth from me calling Cell C more than they're calling me because, nobody's responding to my query. After quite a few attempts at resolving my query, the person at customer care, Benedict Mothupi, which I called on 15 August 2016 again told me that my reference number ( ********** 258) has been closed - EVEN THOUGH it hasn't been resolved yet with me!! He said that he'll log a new reference number ( ********** 463) and escalate it as well to the person who previously handled my case, Tumisa, and she'll contact me within the next 30 minutes or early the next morning. Today is the 24th of August 2016 and NOBODY of Cell C has called me back regarding my query!! I'm fed up with Cell C!! Because of them my account is in arrears and because of that I'll be blacklisted without it being my fault!!</p> <p> </p> <p>CELL C PLEASE DON'T USE THE EXCUSE AGAIN OF NOT GETTING HOLD OF ME AFTER I'VE GIVEN YOU A FEW NUMBERS WHERE YOU CAN CONTACT ME - YOU CAN REACH ME AT EITHER OF THESE MENTIONED NUMBERS AS MENTIONED BEFORE ALREADY!!</p> <p> ********** </p> <p> ********** </p> <p> ********** </p>
