Worst customer service department

I lost my phone, when I tried to get it black listed they had me call three times saying I failed their check. Nonkululeko Nene who is the supervisor said she does not have a manager and I should look for a cell c shop to report it, when I told her my banking were on the phone and will not take it lightly if any ***** happen , only then she said she will flag it, close to an hour on the phone and only when I loose it they try to help. Analisa said they don't have a complaints department. No matter how bad or frustrated you feel they will do nothing to help you. Worst service of my life
