Worst Customer Service
Cell c Tygervally is the branch that has the worst customer service. I cannot believe the attitude in this branch.
I booked in my device and I received a call to come into the store to collect. I asked the person over the phone if I needed my mother because she is the contract owner.
The gentleman said no and I must just bring my ID, only to find out after I rushed from work to the store that she needs to be present.
This is so inconsiderate to let a person waste his time.
Citibela, did not seem interested in helping me in any way. In a rude tone he tells me that he is following procedures.
I asked if I at least please just see the device if it is even working, not even to collect it. I was told NO.
This is honestly disgusting how they treat a customer, uninterested in helping in any way after they messed up telling me that I could come in.
I will never ever come back to cell c, I will pay more and move to Mtn or Vodacom so I can get better customer service. I'm outraged and I want to cancel my contract.
This is not the way to treat a customer and I do not want this device or this contract anymore.

The level of customer service at tygervally is shocking, the gentleman that was helping me even had headphones in his ears. From the get go there is no interest in the customers need.
The device which I booked in is faulty and it's not just any device it's the top of the range Samsung S24 ultra.
I had to take it to Samsung in Edward street twice. Then I came to cell c looking for help and this is how they treat a paying customer.
I will send the information of my mother's number on a private number or email if that's possible.
