Worst customer service

Cell C has the worst customer service. They are not helpful at all. My partner has a contract with them.. after setting his limit for obvious reasons and for over charges.. so he calls and they tell him he can load airtime since his mb is up.. cool no problem.. so we buy airtime, tried to load it and it didn't want to accept.. so we call cell c again, only to find out that he can't load airtime because his on contract. No sh#t his on contract, but they said he can load airtime because his on a top up. I want this fixed.
