Worst customer service

Cell C has the worst and the most uncoordinated customer service system around. I have had the worst experiences with them since last year which are too many to mention but what topped it all was what happened this January 2021. In the midst of an AOD that Cell C initiated and I have been paying promptly, they permanently disconnected my contract without any communication. I tried to get it reinstated but was given the run around (as usual) for the whole month until last week when one of the agents I called told me they can only assist me to get a prepaid line but that also would only be after I make my monthly payment FOR NO BENEFITS AND A PERMANENTLY DISCONNECTED CONTRACT. I more than done with Cell C.
