Worst customer service

What is customer assistance this days ?? Is it to be slammed by a consultant merely on requesting for assistance. It has been more than three months trying to resolve an issue of my cellphone . I submitted a claim @ Edgars store around September for my cellphone to be repaired and till this day there's no clarity of what is happening with my claim. Edgars store in Lakeside has been trying thrir utmost to assist me for the past 3months with calling the insurance company FINRITE that work with their cellphone claims but no proper feedback to the point that I requested the numbers to call the company directly so that they can return my device.

Today I called the FinRite feeling positive that my issue will be resolved ang get my cellphone back but to my surprise that my call was answered by the most insolent, brazen individual.

As I was attempting to relate the the reason for my call, I was rudely interrupted by her saying "Go to the branch" , while trying to explain that I have been to the branch but my issue is still not resolved she interrupted without listening to anything I had to say and boldly told me "she has not time and she will end the call". So I requested for another assistance or manager to assist me as she's not willing to help me with my queries then she became very intolerant and said as she pleases. When I requested her name , she put the phone on my ear. I'm still in disbelief of when I reminisce the event of call. It is to my disappointment that such individuals still gets recruited. Clearly the HR department failed to emphasise the importance of customer service.
