Worst customer service

Cell C Call Center agents are the worst I've ever dealt with, their customer service is 0%. I called them to cancel my contract, 1st agent Sphesihle said I failed security check because I did not know the cell C number, I don't use this phone I actually only took the contact because I needed a two Sim phone,she couldn't tell which answer was wrong she just said I failed the security check, how do I get my names and ID number wrong, I requested to speak to the Team Leader she put me on hold and came she said the TL won't speak to me because of the same reason.

I called again and this time I made sure I get the cell C number, I spoke to Bongi who again told me I failed, she said I must get all my security information and phone again

Yo I've never been so dissapointed and angry at dealing with people, now time is running and I need this contract canceled.

I won't recommend Cell C to my family or friends if this is treatment they give their customers.

Sad part is that even when you go to the branch they tell you this is done by the phone, so one has no choice but to deal with these *********** and useless system.
