Worst Customer service!!!!!!
<p>I booked in my phone for repairs a month ago @ cell c in rosebank. I got my phone today with no battery!!!!!!!!!!!!! one of the consultants took my battery home!!!!!! why the F*** WOULD HE TAKE IT HOME!!!!! isnt the store secure???? couldn't the store make sure that my battery is kept safe and until i got my phone bac****!!! how will I be sure that i will be receiving an old battery????? wasnt't the consultant suppose to call me and tell me that i had left my battery at the store? instead of taking it home!!!!! this is not on!!! i loved cell c and all their packages but this is going to make me cancel my contract and use another service provider!!!!! </p>

fine, but i would like to know. why did he take my battery home? like is anyone missing that part? and what guarantee do I have that i will receive the same battery instead of an old one? this is bull****.
