We have had a night mare with cell c.. They decided to debit the account before the debit date and have admitted that this is an error on their end spoke to AMANDA Dubazane a manager at cell C who said. I do apologize however we do see that you have made a manual payment we need you to send proof of the manual payment you have made. We still waiting on a call back from Amanda this will clearly not happen. So cell c what do I tell my bank because you guys tookoney that was meant for my bond

I have done all of that you guys are debuting before the debit date more than what you are supposed to but I guess it's just going to be another apology and nobody actually fixing the problem.
