Worst Customer Centre Ever
Being a Cell C customer can be tough at times. You need a PHD to do a simple sim swap...... I REGRET I REGRET I REGRET I REGRET ohh I wish I never used this network shameee.. Simple thing *** i have been using this number for years maaaan. Can i have a sim swap bathong!!!!!!

It's very simple, you need to pass your security check, which is mandatory and your SIM swap will be processed. Do you have a non RICA registered SIM card?
