WORST CUSTOMER CARE I'VE EVER COME ACROSS!!!

<p>I bought a Huawei router from Cell C Cresta. A few months later it stopped working so I took it to the shop I purchased it from. 3 months down the line and it still hasn't been fixed or replaced. I have called Cell C headoffice, and though they promised to swiftly resolve the issue, nothing has been done. The only explanation I've received is from the manager of the shop who said that Cell C refuses to repair or replace the router because they didn't supply it!!! Utterly ridiculous! I have the invoice! They just refuse to take responsibility. </p> <p>DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM CELL C! A WARRANTY MEANS NOTHING TO THEM.</p>
