Worst Customer Care ever.
After being a cuatomer for more than 20 years, Cell C just don't care about their customers. My dlpayment date on my account is the 30th of every month. Due to unforseen reasons I couldn't make a payment on the 30th and the 1st was on a Sunday. Today is the 3rd and my account has just been suspended without any prior notice. The lines is blocked in such a way that you can't even phone customer care from your phone. Totally unacceptable.
