worst custermer service ever

<p>Got a call from there upgrade department last week </p> <p>Monday with an amazing deal so I took it. Very next day I called in just to confirm the delivery address just to find out that they do t have stock of the device that they offered me. Whole story short ofter abt 10 phone calls later speaking to who ever answers the call one tells me that the handset is on route and the other telling me that there's still no stock and after promising me that I'll get follow up calls to inform me on wats happening NOTHING absolutely NOTHING. Are we not that important to there business that they treat u like this. We are paying customers and with out us how will there business continue and they say THE POWER IS IN OUR HANDS. Really nw </p>
