WORST COMPANY TO CALL

<p>So I call this company C Surance to insure my new phone which is on contract with Cell C</p> <p>I pressed option 1 for new insurance application, the machine put me on hold, then played the most annoying music I have ever heard and then the call cut</p> <p>I called back, waited for the call to go to reception Someone called Nthando directed me back to option 1 and again the same thing happened. CALL CUT</p> <p>So again I called back to speak to Nthando but this time nobody picked up the phone</p> <p>So again I called back this time I was on hold for about 7 - 8 mins before the call cut while writing this review</p> <p>SO... CELL C WHATS GOING ON???</p>
