Worst company I've ever had to deal with
Absolutely pathetic company. Signed up with Fibre years ago and when I moved was told to pay a penalty fee. Took months to arrange for a payment plan. Then I paid off what they advised me to. Only to find out now that none of my payments reflect on their side. I've sent multiple emails but no answer.
Absolutely pathetic. I demand resolution on this.
