Worst company ever . Problem ontop of problem .

Worst company ever . I took my phone for repairs . They never loged the repair . So after the first few weeks of complaining( a month ) they loged the complain after 2 months I got the phone back was supposed to be 7-10 days . . When I got the phone there was no simcard slot . Now I can not use the phone . First they said I never handed it in without a simcard slot . Then they said they gave it back . ??? But I dont have any simcard slot perhaps it got lost in the 2 months they got the phone .however I do need a working phone as I paid for a working phone . They have not assisted . How can they say I didn't hand it in with a slot and then say they gave it back. I took in phones before where I was given items back like a battery . I did not get anything but a paper . I have asked to view there camera . But they insist . However i am claiming for a working phone . A phone i can use . They must provide me with a phone i can use . This is a insurance claim to fix a phone that was not working . I want a phone in working condition.
