16 Apr 2026, 14:07I had a data contract with Cell C for many years. The contract ended December 2025. Since January 2026 I had to pay R870.00 forth the contract on a month to month basis which I can't afford.
Since January I've spoken to all the following department at your cancellation department:'28/01 Bulelewa'02/03 Bulelewa'31/03 Ahumbulani Dlamini'02/04 Karabo'07/04 Linda Case no: ***'10/04 Mangape '13/04 Rebaone Case no: ***

'16/04 Monica. My call was cut off
Cell C owes me the amount of R749.89 as per your latest statement dated 04/04/2026.My case no: *** confirms that this contract was cancelled on 02/03/2026 after trying to cancel it since January 2026. Every time I had to make a payment to get it cancelled that I really couldn't afford.I have sent all the proof of payments to email address '*** and ***Yesterday I was phoned by your cancellation and refund departments to ask that I send the proof of payment again. I was supposed to get a sms to give me all the details of the contract cancelling but as true to Cell C's communication methods I have never received any sms.I sent the proof of payment again on 10/04/2026 to *** after speaking again with the cancellation department to Mangape
I have sent the proof of payment and the bank letter on 13/04/2026 and 14/04/2026 to *** as was requested by the customer care department.
I have made so many calls and send emails, but to no satisfaction
