Worst client service ever.
The company with most probably the worst client service in RSA. I have been battleing for almost 2 weeks now to get my problem resolved. Asked yesterday to speak to a manager after I got a huge panic attack but apparently there are no managers at Cell C. I was at 2 branches and phone 140 several times. Paid in money I apparently owed but still cant use my phone. This is so so so pathetic. I am going to move to different service provider. You owe me airtime and data that I was unable to use.
