WORST CLIENT SERVICE

i've made a payment about a month ago, and the next day they run my debit order again.<br> <br> i've phoned atleast 10 times, they just put me on hold. i've waited yesterday for 23 minutes, when the lady placed me on hold, then i dropped the line<br> <br> they said 2 weeks ago that my money will be paid back into my account within 48 hours. same story every time i call...within 48 hours...bur nothing ever happens<br> <br> they are quick to take money, but they refuses to pay it back
