Worst Client Relations Management

If I could give a lower rating I would.

I have been to Cell C Century City 8 times in the past 4 years for the same thing EVERY time. I would like to move my contract from my father's name, to my own. I was told by Ishmaeel that this is a very easy process ****tle did I/ or he know). Moving the banking details was a 24 hour process, since Cell C will never miss a chance to debit, but moving the contract HAS BEEN 4 years in the making!! I can not load data... Query anything on the contract... Phone the call centre... Since I am not the "owner" of the contract.

I am left disgusted and appalled by the time, effort and money it has taken me to try and resolve this "easy" issue.

Moving away from Cell C very very soon!
