Worst cellpone company

I was recently attacked in my house, ending up in hospital for several days, and losing a laptop and a cellphone. I had a contract with Cell C dating back to 1/9/2018. I have a copy of a document specifying the details of the Huwai Smart Celphone, the start date 1/9/2018, and the period of 24 months. I went to CellC in the Somerset Mall because my insurance required a proof of ownership. I changed to Vodacom prepaid once my contract had expired. But despite this documnent (attached) and the fact that I paid monthly for 2 years Cell C says it cannot give me proof of ownership unless I produce the original “box” – who keeps that for 4 years? – and an invoice. I don’t recall an actual invoice for a payment as the money was to be paid by debit order monthly. Some records these guys have! Must be about the most inefficient cellphone company in the country!
