Worst Cellphone Provider in the world

I took a contract with Cell C Via a call I received from FNB for a Data Sim Card for R99 per month. 2 Months Later I realised that I was billed R2383.99 per month. I paid the first bill and requested that my contract be cancelled. It was cancelled however I was still billed R2383.99 for another 2 months. My understanding was that I would receive 5 Gigs of data for R99 per month. I was never explained about setting limits and was not aware that Cell C was billing me as they like. This is highly unacceptable customer services. They are charging me R7151.97 for 3 months of data usage when was never advised about a limit. The sale of this contract was done in a very poor state and material facts where not disclosed, They have now handed me over to a collections company however the query is still pending. After calling them about 5 minutes ago I was told that they are still working on this query from 02.09.2015. I would never take a contract with this company even if I was paid to do so. I would definitely tell every one I know about the unproffesional manner in which this company operates.
