Worst cellphone company ever
Worst service ever.
I paid R2300 to cell c to cover the missed premiums I had with them. When I called in the call centre, it was advised that my account was handed over and I should send them proof of payment for me to be refunded. I sent the documents over in March 2024 and kept on resending them as per their constant feedback however til today my funds have not been retured to me. I will never recommend this company to anyone, worst service ever

Can they resolve this and not call me, I have provided everything they require to facilitate refund.

31 May 2024, 17:17Useless, your calls brong no satisfaction. You calling just to say we have follow up. I'll go to the head office on Tuesday 04/06/2024 to get this resolved. 2 months to resolve such a minor issue
