WORST CELLPHONE COMPANY EVER

I am so frustrated, I cancelled my contract a year ago with Cell C and the agent on behalf of Cell C requested me to pay a penalty fee as I cancelled my contract a month early. After a month went by they deducted my monthly fee, and I just left it there. So for 2 or 3 months no monies deducted and all of the sudden monies get deducted from my bank account, firstly R660 and then R589 and then R90 then R179 so I took the liberty just to reverse the payments as I know for a fact I cancelled the contract and paid my penalty fee and according to me I owed Cell C nothing.

I tried to go into a store to sort this out, the agent in the store advised me that I should call their customer service. I called the customer service and they advised me that the security questions I answered was incorrect I can call back in 24 to 48 hours.

I tried again and again and again to sort this out with no luck whatsoever. So every month when a payment goes off my account I just simply reverse it as there was no other way to sort this out.

Today I got the frustrating news that Cell C has handed me over to their attorneys as my account is 12 months overdue. I am so frustrated, because you cannot complain about the service because there are none. I have never in my life been so humiliated for an attorney firm to phone me and tell me that I have been handed over for non-payment.
