WORST CELLPHONE COMPANY EVER!!! CELL C ADVERTISING PHONES THEY DON'T HAVE.

I app**** for a new contract early in April 2021. It was approved and the order for a Samsung A32 was placed on April 8th.

I am currently still waiting for the phone... I phoned everyday and was told that it takes 3-7 working days to process. After this time I phoned again to find out what the delay was when they told me the color was discontinued. I never chose the color that was selected and ordered but nonetheless changed the color to what was available.

Again I waited and again phoned to check what was going on. This time I heard that they don't have stock.

I have been waiting for over a month. I have requested for the sales agent to contact me on numerous occasions to change the device. HE (VUSI) JUST NEVER PHONES ME BACK!!!

This morning I requested again to change the device to what they have available (Huawei P Smart).

I was told that he is would do this immediately and get back to me.

Again I am waiting. This is the worst service I have ever received from a company. They advertise phones and contracts that they don't have. THEY DON'T HAVE ANY SAMSUNG PHONES IN STOCK and they don't have any idea as to when they will receive stock at all.

I can't believe that this is how they treat customers. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!! I will never recommend Cell C to anyone.
