Worst cellphone company ever

Horrible experience, I have been waiting for my phone over 3 weeks now. Everytime I call, it's a different lie, either no stock or then surprisingly the stock is found, then I call back..... Guess what. No stock. I want to cancel my contract with immediate effect. I have sent emails on numerous occasions, the response is we will get back to you within 24-48 hours....... It's not 7 days.... No response.
