Worst cell sheeeet service ever
I'm so glad that I'm not the only one to get disgusting service from cell sheeeet. That's the only thing that makes me happy. It's like speaking to a brain dead dog when dealing with one of the call centers agent, but I think my dog is a bit more smarter. I was charged because cell sheeeet charged there debit order date. And the usual line is within 48 hours they will get back to you, but it's more like two weeks. Cell sheeeet take note that this will be my last contact with you and I can't wait to get rid of you. And to think that this is the service I get after so many years? Keep up this ****ty service, job well done 👏

21 Aug 2023, 10:17Cell sheeeet stop apologizing cause it means jack sheeeet. The same thing happened in August 2019, October 2020,April 2021 but I was not penalized for your mistake.

I still maintain that the entire call center needs a revamp and get people that reply care in the customer care service. I have not dealt with any that care about the customer.

There's either a cash flow problem or speak to King price in how to run a call center. The minute you call in they know exactly who you are where as with cell sheeeet is still operating from Noah's ark.
