Worst cell provider in S.A

After 10 years of being with cell c my number has been removed from the network. Cell c vaal mall said that i must just do a sim swap and it will work again in which i did and now customer care says they cant help me because my number has been removed from the network. this is so bad!!!!! Stay away from Cell C

It has been 24 hours already since yesterday when I put the complaint on so how come this has not been allocated but yesterday I was promised it would be done by 1pm!
