Worst Cell Phone service provider Cell C
Despite concluding a cell phone agreement with Cell C they proceed to open my account with details of a third party while proceeding to debit my account on different debit order dates, and sometimes debiting my account twice, and afterwards sending me sms saying that I am in arrears. No one can assist me at Cell c and all they say is to lay a complaint on Hellopeter.
