csurance absolutely useless pay for device premium ive lost my device so I did the process logging a claim got a mail saying claim has been approved excess need to be paid,did the excess payment there after they replacement device was much cheaper then my device i lost I asked hows this possible ,i was told they no longer have the same device the consultant says the device they replacing me with is couple hundred cheaper an won't make any difference,i asked to speak with management they put me on hold for some time then come back telling the management is gonna tell me the same thing.absolutley no good im using them for like 5 years now I never thought ill be going through this they actually insisted thats the device they giving me i had no other option cause there was no one else that could assist me im actually going to cancel my insurance with csurance.
