Worst Cell C service

I have been a client of Cell C for over 17 years and never had a problem with them. Always pay my monthly bill on time. I am due for a upgrade now and its been a month now and they told me i can't upgrade due to a low credit score. I do not have accounts and therefore i don't have a credit score. My husband beleaves in buying everything cash. So after 17 years they refuse to renew my contract. Pathetic. Worst service in 17 years.
