Worst cell c customer service experience

Lindokuhle Mgomezulu I was not pleased with your service at all today. What you offered me was the worst customer service ever. Instead of you trying to help me with a system issue that cell c has today with vouchers, you managed to ruin my day with such a small issue that you could have resolved in less that 10 min. Go back to that call recording and listen to it. I even requested to be transferred to another consultant to assist me you told straight up to drop the call and call again to speak to someone different. You did not have a care in the world about how long it took me to get through to someone in the first place. Learn how to deal with customers and irate customers. You even sounded like you are half asleep but I didn't complain yet you had a lot to complain about. The level of service offered was not good at all!
