Cell C? No service. No Help. I have now cancelled my contract after being charge month aftet month in penalty fees on the 04 off a month after paying my account every month on the 25th. When I query this they always say that its from a previos month. This happens throughout my 2 year off contract with them. After paying a already not justified penalty fee they even charged me again after the contract was paid and cancelled.
