WORST CALL CENTRE EXPERIENCE EVER!!!
I am absolutely applaud by the attitude of some call centre staff the represent cellc. a simple sim swap has turned into a nighmare. had to call 3 times since 8am today only to not get assitance in the end. Tow call centre agents hung up on me for asking questions, that i think, they don't know the answers to. Which they should. ITS THEIR JOB!! total ***********s.
