Worst bunch of people ever, just stay away from Cell C
This review is based on Cell C Somerset Mall branch as well as customer services.
We have been struggling with one of our contracts for about 8 months now. The hopeless staff of Somerset Mall branch only sit behind their computers and is worth nothing as they cant even give a answer to what is maybe the fault. We asked for statements and twice their answers were that it is to much paper to print our statements. They have the worst attitudes i ever received from anyone in customer service positions.
I have been to that branch 6 times over the last few months and the manager is never available to be seen, witch leaves me with the idea that there is no manager at the branch.
They are completely incapable of solving problems and have no attitude to assist clients anyway. After various visits to the Somerset Mall branch and calls to the customer service department we have not yet solved our problem.
They change information on your account without confirming with the client, and take money without in being the correct amount. Cell C is a bunch of *******.
Stay away from them, its for your good.
