WORST BILLING SYSTEM THAT MAKES NO SENSE!

cell c has to be by far the WORST network provider in the entire continent, their billing system makes no sense, the agents can't answer questions and explain to clients whatever is happening to their accounts, they make debit orders whenever they feel like it, outside of the agree upon dates, which in results costs their clients massive bank charges, one minute my account is up to date in the beginning of January, the next I'm owing high fees and all they can say to explain is \there's must be a month you didn't pay and we bill backwards"what the hell is that"
