worst assistance EVER

my brother passed away in May 2020. emails has been send to the deceased queries department every month to cancel the contract but still the debit order went off, today i was told that the contract has not ended yet. does dead people use cellphones was my question to the consultant. please check your "deceased queries department" ,they might also be with dead,
