Worst and inconsiderate Service
I called Cell C on Thursday 15 December to blacklist two of my phones. I was told it takes 48 hours to blacklist and receive a ITC number. Its been 5 days and I still haven't received any assistance. I have been calling all weekend and no assistance. All I am being told is that they are still investigating. I don't understand why the investigation is taking so long while my phones are roaming around somewhere. This is such an inconvenience.

19 Dec 2022, 13:33Hello once again, thank you for your assistance, I just received one ITC number for the samsung A30s, when I called the customer care centre asking for the second ITC number for the Samsung A50, I was told that they are not seeing any information on the system and that I have to start the process all over again with giving the the IMEI number, I have done that but what is disturbing and frustrating is that I have to wait another 48 hours. So blacklisting at Cell C takes 168 hours, 7 days, absolutely unbelievable!
