worst account service ever
Hi all i can say is that they must have the worst accounts department of all companies in the country. Cant run a debit order on time, cant reconsile or find eft payments, take wrong amounts of money out of bank account on wrong dates and then last but not least not delivering on the speed of the line you pay for. Also i wait about 6 months for someone to call me back after logging a complaint. bad ser5vice overall.

I think the negligence of their accounts department borders on theft. on 16 sept they rep**** to my hello peter post saying they would be in touch i am still waiting. absolutely ridiculous. Now their excuse for not contacting me will be its weekend.
