worse SP ever

im not sure what people at cell c does and you guys but they do give refernce numbers they just tell you all calls are recorded, i just want to know what i need to do to close this accounts and use the number as a prepaid number i closed the one account in December after waiting 3 months for a settlement amounts so i ended up paying extra called in January closed the other number this number that is now handed over and i was advised they will get back to me on the amount as they noticed that i have been paying extra on that account each month also advised this at store westgate mall and they logged the re ffor me, i have been waiting and calling cell c for this information ever since i then called again eventually spoke to someone that actually gave me a toal of R1200 told me to make the payment then only they can close the accounts and the next hour i recieved this from you guys, its very frustrating i just want to close my account as i am not working anymore and wont be making monthly payments also they are deduting from an old standard bank account debiting differnt amounts even did it yesterday why i dont know there is no money in that accounts they making me pay for extra hopped debits so please just give me the amount i need to pay make the number prepaid and close the account. you guys are dragging my name through the mud for your own mistakes i cant help for what your agents tell me or do and even those working in the shops like at westgate and im sending this to the ombudsman an credit beuros so that they can know what cell is and nudebt is doing to peoples credit record
