Worse service provider

After making my payment to settle my account and close the account with cell c, I'm now getting calls from 084140 and an IVR saying that i owe Cell c..... What more can a person do to get these people of my back.

Yesterday I got a call Palesa saying that i split my account to have two debits which i hardly authorized and hence they were split into two payments. Which person in their right mind would split a payment into two after having a contract for such a long time. She said she couldn't tell me who did the split or authorized it to be done and will come back to me with all my answers. Then I got another call, person telling me my debit orders have been going of on the 20th and have never been changed to the last day of the month and doesnt know why im complaining. I offerred to send my statements and for her to send the me the screen shots of the debit orders going off on the 20th of every month. She refused showing she was making up the story.

Today its now these annoying IVR calls saying my account is in arrears and it will be blocked within the next 24hours. I call the call center requesting they stop these debit orders as i have made payments as provided by the retention department as : ********** 705 - R668.18 ********** 451 - R1361.59 Then sent my proof of payment to ********** What do they do nothing as always just keep calling with IVR asking for a payment.

Im tired of these people can they please leave me alone.
