Worse service in the entire world

In December FNB called me and said that i qualified for a Contract phone and they had explained that it was through Cell C, i told them i have never used Cell C and they insured me its one of their partners and that i had nothing to worry about. They **** to me and told me that i could load airtime and only to find out it was on open line. i was really angry and they told me i can do a migration after a month. I called them on the 11 Feb to ask for a migration and it has been since then till today and no one from Cell C has called me back. <br> <br> I am suppose to pay for a phone that is no 1 Blocked no incoming calls no outgoing calls, <br> its useless to me, why would do i have to pay for a phone i dont even use. <br> I have called them more than 3 times including this morning and spoke to a Lady called Ayanda. <br> She gave me a reference number which is *** <br> this is honestly ridiculous, i cant do anything with this fone its sitting at home and cell c is deducting money <br> for the time being.
