WORSE SERVICE

i have been using Cell C for almost 10 years and i must say the experience i have with especially this year 2020 is unaccepted.

i have a contract with Cell C and since the beginning of lockdown they have permanently deactivated and cancelled my lines without even informing me, No one called me to ask if i would like to make any arrangements with paying my contract or if i need any break etc, after not getting payments for 2 months they decided to cancel my lines, cannot receive nor make calls even sms's and i have paid off the contract with them and no one at their legal or collection department has ever made any means to communicate with me regarding my contracts.

i have sent numerous emails, went to almost 5 Cell C stores and contacted their Legal and call center and no one seems to be helping me. i am gatvol with the silent treatment i am getting from Cell C.

i have 3 contracts with them and non of the lines are working even after making payments. every time i call the call center they tell me to call their Legal departments as there is nothing they can assist me with as my contract was handed over to their Legal department. when i call their Legal contact the number is not working, sent several emails and all i get is automated responses.

i'm very much angry and dissatisfied with the lack of communication from their side.

all my lines are permanently deleted from their services for no reason.
